We’re looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Strategy & Planning for our office in Alpharetta, GA. The position is full time. You’ll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base.

Aptean is hiring a Sr. Manager, GTM Strategy and Planning to help design, execute, and scale our global go-to-market operating model. This high-impact role will drive key planning and operational workstreams including territory design, quota-setting, coverage modeling, comp plan design, and long-range sales planning. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Enablement teams to align GTM execution with company growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead annual territory planning efforts including segmentation, account assignments, rep coverage models, and alignment across sales roles and regions.
  • Drive the design and deployment of sales compensation plans in partnership with Sales Leadership and Finance, ensuring plans are motivating, fair, and aligned to strategy.
  • Conduct sales capacity modeling and headcount planning to support growth goals across regions and segments.
  • Partner with Analytics and Finance to forecast sales performance and develop benchmarks for productivity and attainment.
  • Support development of scalable GTM planning processes including planning calendars, documentation, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Provide strategic input on GTM motions, product launches, and customer segmentation.
  • Identify areas of opportunity for revenue acceleration and process optimization.

About You

  • 6–8+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or GTM Planning within a SaaS or software environment.
  • Strong background in territory design, quota setting, and sales compensation strategy.
  • Exceptional modeling and analytical skills; advanced Excel required, experience with Salesforce, Anaplan, or Xactly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional planning processes and communicate with executive stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth, in-office environment.
