Service Area Manager
At Nelbud, we are modernizing Fire Protection, Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning, Grease Trap Services. We want you to be the newest team member of our Employee First Company.
As Area Manager, you will be responsible for directing the service and staff for your service territory, and managing and developing staff, including Service Manager, Field Technicians, and Regional Coordinators.
Here are a few things you will be responsible for.
The enforcement of all safety rules both on and off the job site for the team.
Reviewing production costs and product quality, and modifying processes to maintain and enhance the profitable operation of the division.
Supervision of direct reports, including interviewing, hiring, payroll, timekeeping, disciplinary action, employee appreciation, training, and development of team members.
Setting and meeting organizational goals concerning P&L performance.
Performing crew ride-alongs and filling in for technicians when needed.
What will you bring to NELBUD?
Prior experience as a lead, supervisor, or manager in a service industry position. Direct management of field technicians is strongly desired.
Maintain a valid driver's license to drive company vehicles to job sites.
Ability to work a varying schedule, including late evening to early morning hours. Our technicians work overnight, so shift times may vary to accommodate their scheduling.
