Position Title: IBM (ELM) System Administrator

Position Summary:
BM (ELM) System Administrator supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract.
Position responsibilities:
- Perform all administrative functions for the IBM Engineering tools, including user management, license management, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support and training to engineering teams on the effective use of the IBM Engineering tools.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to the IBM Engineering tools and processes.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the seamless integration of the IBM Engineering tools with other systems.
- Manage and maintain the DB2 database associated with the IBM Engineering tools.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IBM Engineering tools and technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have 6, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience
- Must have 3, or more, years of direct experience
- Must have experience with performing administrative tasks and providing support for the IBM Engineering tools.
- Must have experience with DB2 database administration and management.
- Must have experience in maintaining system security compliance to DOD standard.
- Must be willing, and able, to work Onsite at an approved MDA location.
- Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (ex: Security+)
- Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have experience as an IBM Admin
- Have experience with IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM)
- Have experience with IBM Engineering Workflow Management (EWM)
- Have experience with IBM Rhapsody
This position is expected to pay $95,000 - $120,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications
that are directly related to the position.
