Overview
The Director, Talent/Human Capital Analytics will translate our strategy into a workforce plan that will deliver the talent needed to drive our business into the future. Working closely with key stakeholders (e.g., business leaders, HRBPs, talent acquisition), this key incumbent will anticipate and define the future talent needs of ITT, assess our readiness to compete in the future, and establish talent strategies to shape our talent investments. This leader will deliver optimal workforce capabilities across our business – the right people in the right roles at the right time to execute on our strategy.
Responsibilities
Design standardized data analytics across ITT with the highest data integrity in all possible dimensions to understand trends, gaps, improvements and deteriorations which will lead toward proactive change
Data analytics will be built from different systems (Workday, iCIMS, SAP, OneStream) to create insightful reports for multiple internal and external stakeholders
Work closely with the business to grasp insights deep beyond the data, benchmarking best results and capturing leading factors to improve performance
Validate findings and design solutions with stakeholders, including finance, talent acquisition and resource management to achieve factual state of our performance to drive continuous improvement
On key indicators produce external benchmarks and trends to bring inside ITT market competitive best practices and results to drive performance improvement
Effectively track key indicators vs. plan and capture trends to support proactive and corrective action plans. Continuously inform and engage stakeholders and partners to support their improvement plan
Produce reports for ITT official disclosure, Board presentations, internal performance reviews, etc.
Work jointly with global HR Operations and HRIS team to create data analytics scalability to quickly integrate HR performance analytics for any new acquisitions
Implement standard processes for operationalizing insights and discoveries and then partner with key stakeholders to ensure adoption and value to the organization
Using the People Analytics Community of Practice, build HR capability and a data-led organization
Access to HRIS teams and capabilities to support system design
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 10 plus years work experience, MBA or Master of Social Science, a plus
Experience with workforce planning, resource management or FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)
Experience leading large-scale projects, including those with deliverables with high visibility to senior leaders
Strong capabilities with systems and complex data management
Strong interpersonal, problem solving and project management skills
Exceptional analytical and data visualization skills (advanced skills in Excel) and Power Bi.

Ability to quickly gain a strong understanding of business and key stakeholder needs, understanding existing pain points and immediate vs. future objectives; highly curious and results driven
Critical thinking skills to drive core strategic capabilities (connect the dots, measure actual /forecast to goal on critical workforce indicators)
Ability to design new processes, change management experience which will ensure new processes are adopted across the business and are sustainable
