What you will be doing: The EVP Director of Professional Services oversees the Bank's Professional Services banking team. This team primarily focuses on professional service firms, private banking clients, nonprofits and small businesses. Ultimately responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio of clients and supporting the banking team to ensure the department's business development efforts and portfolio align with the Bank's strategic plan and policy guidelines.


How you will get the job done:

  • Relationship management and results: Grows and manages a select portfolio of clients and prospects. Responsible for the management of that portfolio through delivery of exceptional client service. Leads the Professional Services team to consistently achieve team and individual results, meeting or exceeding deposit, loan and fee related results.
  • Strategy: Accountable for aligning production resources to implement strategies developed in collaboration with the Chief Banking Officer to source and develop relationships that produce results consistent with the Bank's Strategic Plan and within guidelines approved by the Board of Directors.
  • Leadership, Management & Accountability (LMA): Leads, manages and holds the team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments and demonstrating a One Team mentality. Dependably demonstrates a relentless obsession with values alignment, client service, focus, simplicity and clarity. Maintains a strong leadership presence, motivating staff and building commitment to the Bank's priorities and direction.
  • Collaboration: Develops relationships within and across teams to collaboratively achieve results. Encourages the Professional Services team to identify and collaboratively act on opportunities to deliver defect-free, timely and caring client experience.

Professional Experience & Education you bring:

A bachelor's degree from four-year College or University with emphasis on business or finance and 15- years in banking with a minimum of 5-years of relationship management and leadership experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

For this position, we anticipate a pay range between $145,000 and $200,000 per year. Final offers will vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and Bank performance.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to type, carry, handle and feel objects, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and more with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception in the window environment and the ability to adjust focus.
  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
  • Local travel is expected for this position
