Responsibilities

As a Phase Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and delivery of Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) projects. • Communicate scope, safety requirements, and quality expectations clearly to field teams
  • Provide regular budget updates and resource utilization reports using project tracking tools
  • Manage QA/QC processes related to utility records research, field data collection (e.g., GPR, EM), and final deliverables
  • Review utility maps, CAD drawings, and geophysical data for accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to support proposal writing, budgeting, and change management
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsiveness and technical credibility
  • Represent SAM at meetings and presentations with clients, municipalities, and stakeholders
