Overview

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc has an immediate opening for a HR Business Partner in our Corporate Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA to support the Sales employee-base.  In this position, you would be a key part of the Human Resource team. 

 

A successful HR Business Partner will demonstrate strong business acumen, build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization, and proactively drive strategic HR initiatives that align with company goals. You will serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, champion a positive workplace culture, and help shape talent strategies that support growth and innovation.



Responsibilities

 

Collaborate with Inside Sales and Canadian Sales leadership to proactively address organizational needs and deliver impactful HR initiatives, including:

 

  • Designing coverage plans and ensuring optimal staffing level
  • Attracting and retaining exceptional people
  • Managing seamless onboarding experiences for new sales team member 
  • Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to G&A management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)     
  • Identifying training needs and partnering with the learning organization to successfully execute programs 
  • Ensuring job rotations for development and learning     
  • Partnering with Sales leaders to ensure compensation and performance management programs are properly executed

Qualifications



 

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology or related field
  • Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 
  • At least  three years of progressive experience working in Human Resources
  • HR certification preferred
  • Effective at collaboratively driving projects with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working effectively in a matrix organization
  • Excellent judgement in complex situations with multiple stakeholders
