WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE:

• Leading a team of three to five people in preparing orders, moving inventory, and accurately loading trucks
• Communicating and collaborating with the warehouse manager, distribution manager, HR team, and 3rd-shift employees
• Overseeing timely inventory picking, order packing, and furniture assembly
• Printing and separating tickets
• Bringing concerns to management and resolving issues as they come up
• Ensuring team members work safely, promptly, and accurately
• Training staff as needed
• Tackling other warehousing responsibilities as needed

MUST-HAVES FOR OUR WAREHOUSE SHIFT LEADER:

• Physical ability to regularly lift and move 75+ lbs.
• Working knowledge of Pegasus and AX software
• Strong mathematical skills
• Valid, current driver's license
• Outstanding English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Time management and task prioritization abilities
