Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, licensees, and retailers in assigned conference or region
  • Support Partner Services Manager and university partners to develop, maintain, and accomplish goals/objectives specific to each client’s needs
  • Communicate effectively to university partners regarding collegiate licensing initiatives, trends, systems, and programs
  • Assist in the development and execution of business plans with clients to increase revenue opportunities
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing and retail promotions of licensed product
  • Assist in the management of university trademark enforcement and contract compliance programs
  • Coordinate account management of university partners in conjunction with appropriate CLC staff
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on various licensing topics to university partners
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Always represent the company in a professional manner

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage travel expenses effectively and handle travel planning
  • Ability to handle confrontation in a professional manner
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Four-year college degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience presenting to large groups, executives, or senior administrators preferred
  • Must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Nights and weekends will be required occasionally
  • Prefer a passion for college sports
