We are seeking an exceptional Creative Manager to lead the evolution of our brand design and digital identity. This pivotal role blends strategic leadership with hands-on design execution, ensuring consistent, bold, and user-centric brand experiences. You’ll develop and guide the creative vision across campaigns, websites, and digital channels, while managing a high-performing team to shape Siteimprove’s brand narrative.

What you will be doing
- Define and implement brand design strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead creative direction for marketing campaigns, web design, and multimedia assets.
- Develop user-centric digital experiences for the website.
- Produce high-quality designs and prototypes for digital and print media.
- Ensure accessibility and consistency in brand representation across all platforms.
- Oversee project lifecycles from ideation to execution with attention to quality and deadlines.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize creative strategies based on insights.
- Champion innovation in visual storytelling and brand engagement.
- Represent the design function in strategic conversations and leadership forums.
What we will require of you
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience (8-12+ years)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with video and photo shoots is a plus but not required
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Excellent multitasking skills with awareness of deadlines and priorities
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to work flexible hours as business needs require
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to follow creative direction, take initiative, and solve problems independently
- Positive, professional, and growth-oriented attitude
- Illustration and animation skills are a plus but not required
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Able to proofread and review own work effectively
- Strong typography and layout expertise
