Pacific Coast Producers (PCP), a growing agricultural cooperative with food production facilities across the West Coast, is seeking an experienced and innovative Maintenance Technician – Print Label Systems to join its team at its Distribution Center (DC) in Lodi, CA. The Distribution Center is a 1.5m sq. ft. packaging, labeling and distribution facility with approximately 400 employees. The DC operation supports both retail and foodservice customers and labels, cases, and ships nationwide approximately fifty (50) million cases every year. Pay Rate: $39.04 per hour. This is a full-time, on-site role (40 hours per week) for our Distribution Center in Lodi, CA, with occasional weekend and overtime hours required as needed. This position is part of a seniority based collective bargaining (CBA) unit and require to work on various shifts.

The Maintenance Technician – Print Label Systems ensures the operation of print systems within the DC duties:


Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible under applicable management or leadership for proper maintenance, operation, repair, and overhaul of print systems.
  • Work to maintain, clean, and repair all print systems and equipment, without direct supervision.
  • Maintain databases of online computer systems, including troubleshooting and repair of relevant networking and serial communications; and working on printing systems.
  • Repair and maintain circuit boards and conduct systems testing using electrical circuit instrumentation and other relevant equipment.
  • Make all necessary adjustments to maintain high print quality and scannable bar codes.
  • Install and maintain applicable guide rails and guards.

Preferred qualifications include:                                                                   

  • Reliable and able to maintain excellent attendance.
  • Relevant (5+ years) industrial experience
  • Committed to safety and food safety, including use of appropriate PPE.
  • Able to work overtime and weekends as required
  • Utilize communication skills to interact with colleagues and internal customers.
