The Senior Salesforce Developer is responsible for the design, development, administration, and strategic enhancement of Salesforce and other integrated business systems. This role plays a vital part in delivering scalable, efficient, and high-impact solutions across the Salesforce platform, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. The developer collaborates closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into innovative and sustainable solutions that drive organizational success.
This role plays a key role in the configuration, optimization, and continued evolution of Salesforce systems for HKS, including Marketing Cloud, Pardot and Experience Cloud. This position is responsible for system enhancements, configuration management, testing and deployments, end-user training, reporting and dashboard creation, and maintaining data integrity. The Senior Salesforce Developer also serves as a primary contact for end users and helps design and verify solutions aligned with business goals.

Work Format Details
This is a position that is based at a Harvard campus location with some remote work options available. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process. All remote work must be performed within one of the Harvard Registered Payroll States, which currently includes Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, Washington, and California (CA for exempt positions only). Certain visa types and funding sources may limit work location. Individuals must meet work location sponsorship requirements prior to employment.
