Job Responsibilities: Design, implementation, and management of the course CSD 2602 - 1000 EDUCATIONAL AUDIOLOGY (2 credits, graduate-level course)
This course takes a holistic approach to educational audiology, including the need for transitions in the education lifecycle. Laws, working within the educational environment and with other educators, developmental needs, room acoustics, and technology will be explored in this course.
The syllabus will be consistent with SHRS and CSD standards. Course content, assessment, and instructional mode will be consistent with the curriculum and accreditation requirements and will be guided by the Program Director to ensure the appropriateness of the content.
Applicant Requirements: Individuals applying for this position will have a master's degree, AuD, and/or Ph.D. in communication science, hearing science, audiology, or a related field. Teaching experience is preferred.
