Overview
Sev1Tech is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Property Management Specialist to join our Army Tactical Network IPS team.

Responsibilities include, though not limited to:
Performs a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishment's storage plan
Verify materials against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages, routing materials to prescribed storage locations, storing, stacking, or palleting materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods
Rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials, examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage, removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment
Keeping accurate documentation related to inventory management, shipping/receiving action and any required hand receipt records
Work with commercial carriers to support material movement requirements
May operate hand, power trucks, and forklifts in the performance of warehouse duties
Possesses and applied expertise on multiple complex work assignments
Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks
Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable
Responsibilities
Must have a SECRET level clearance
Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited academic institution or military school
Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience of a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishment's storage plan
