**This is a full-time onsite role in San Antonio, TX., or Falls Church, VA. This is a W-2 opportunity with a 3-year duration.**
Position Summary
The role will lead and support the planning, coordination, and execution of healthcare-related programs and projects within the Military Health System (MHS). This role is essential in driving operational efficiency, enhancing performance metrics, and supporting data-driven decision-making across facilities and clinical operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess program and project strengths, identifying areas for continuous improvement.Ensure daily operations of programs and projects align with contractual deliverables and performance expectations.Minimize system and process incompatibilities, driving the creation of standardized products and procedures.Plan and support the development of collaboration tools within SharePoint Online (SPO), EAS, MS Teams, FROID, and other web-based IT systems such as FMIS and M2.Design and manage workflow processes in SharePoint Online to optimize communication and operational efficiencies.Assist with the coordination, planning, testing, and implementation of Facility Engineering (FE) websites and site integrations.Standardize SPO and Connect.gov site templates, assisting in development and refinement of new templates.Oversee the FE SharePoint Online Ticket System: process, track, and close tickets, create performance reports, and update system documentation.Ensure consistent support for program and project initiatives to meet deadlines and contractual goals.Establish and maintain Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) for data quality management in Power BI, ensuring effective strategies and best practices.Organize and align projects and taskers with the strategic mission and goals of the organization.Propose and initiate new projects that support the evolving strategic direction of the organization.Deliver exceptional customer service throughout all phases of program and project execution.Prepare and submit high-quality deliverables, including emerging requirements, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.Manage and lead a cross-functional team with diverse skill sets and responsibilities.Monitor and ensure team performance and customer satisfaction goals are consistently achieved.Implement and manage change initiatives to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to resolve project issues and ensure transparency.Define and communicate program and project goals, objectives, and desired outcomes.Assign project managers and team members based on skills, workload, and project scope.Establish project controls, standards, and governance structures to guide execution.Facilitate the FE Data Governance Council, including scheduling, documenting meetings, and tracking milestones and metrics.Oversee multiple projects simultaneously throughout the full program lifecycle.Set timelines, track milestones, and ensure adherence to project schedules and due dates.Coordinate and allocate resources efficiently across all projects within the program.Manage and maintain all program and project-related documentation.Supervise and support all contract personnel across varied projects and specialties.Collaborate with project teams to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.Resolve complex issues across multiple levels of program execution, escalating as needed.Track overall program progress and submit regular updates to leadership.Communicate program strategy, progress, and goals to senior leadership and stakeholders.Evaluate, mentor, and supervise the execution of multiple cross-functional projects.Ensure alignment and collaboration across all projects within the program scope.Lead and mentor project team members to promote growth and effectiveness.Generate ad hoc reports and data queries to support operational needs and leadership requests.Develop long-term sustainment strategies for continued Power BI support to Facility Engineering (FE).Maintain knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and related building systems.Leverage familiarity with Department of Defense data sources and systems.Utilize data manipulation and statistical analysis tools to support decision-making.Apply knowledge of medical facility management, real property inventory procedures, and clinical/operational lease planning.Education, Experience, and Technical Skills

Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields is required:Healthcare AdministrationHealthcare ScienceHealthcare ManagementData ScienceMathematicsComputer ScienceOr a closely related fieldIn lieu of a degree, candidates may qualify with a minimum of 8 years of experience within the Military Health System (MHS), managing programs and/or projects in the areas relevant to this role, or by providing a government-approved resume that demonstrates equivalent qualifications.Minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:Program ManagementProject ManagementAdministrative Support in a healthcare or federal environmentAt least 2 years of experience developing and deploying facilities and clinical/operational performance metrics (or equivalent experience documented in a government-approved resume).Minimum of 1 year of experience in software management and data retrieval.Possession of an active favorable National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.Lean Six Sigma certification or documented training is required.Must have Real ID or Passport in order to undergo commercial airfare travelMust have valid driver's licenseWork Environment

Carrying/Lifting: This role requires lifting up to 20lbs to transport technological office equipment to and from various workspaces.
