We are seeking a highly experienced Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our DevSecOps Platforms department. This role is critical as we transition our development processes to leverage modern tools and practices, specifically focusing on GitHub Actions, Artifactory, and creating a seamless developer experience. Our mission is to provide state-of-the-art tools in a seamless manner, with an emphasis on creating reusable workflows that serve the developer community. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a change in mindset from traditional CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) to a more agile and efficient GitHub Actions framework.

• Tool Management: management, upgrade, and support of our suite of tools, including GitHub (with a focus on GitHub Actions and managing our managed runners), GitHub Cloud, Prometheus, and Artifactory.
• Observability Improvements: enhance the current monitoring implementations for our services to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Design and Analyze Automation Processes: design automation solutions to streamline workflows, reduce manual efforts, and improve overall effectiveness.
• Infrastructure Management: manage our cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., Azure, hybrid cloud solutions) to ensure service stability, efficiency, and alignment with product roadmaps.
• Developer Experience Enhancement: collaborate with developers to integrate tools and practices to improve the overall developer experience and foster best practices in CI/CD pipelines, focusing on creating reusable workflows.

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:

• Previous experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar with focus on Platform Engineering, background in application/system administration and software development.
• Scripting languages such as Bash, Shell, PowerShell, and Groovy - focus on design/analysis rather than implementation.
• Experience with cloud services, particularly Azure, and understanding of infrastructure and networking concepts.
• In-depth working knowledge of GitHub (including GitHub Actions and managing our managed runners), GitHub Cloud, Prometheus, Artifactory. Familiarity with related technologies such as Git, Maven, and npm is essential.
• Splunk, IBM DevOps Deploy, SonarQube, GitHub Copilot is a big plus.
