Transport Clerk - Military veterans preferred

Shift patterns: any 5 from 7, working 6am-2pm + 2pm-10pm on rotation
Location: Livingston, EH54 8AS

We're now looking for a Transport Clerk to support the activities of the transport department by ensuring that all relevant administration duties are carried out on time and are accurate whilst providing excellent customer service support.

?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Deal with any incoming/outgoing telephone calls
• Control of fuel cards and other equipment provided to the drivers
• Dealing with internal queries via phone/email
• Fuel data recording, reporting and accuracy checks
• General admin duties

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have previous admin and data entry experience
• Microsoft packages experience - desirable
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
