?WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Take operational leadership and budget responsibility for managing a safe and efficient operation to help achieve operational standards and the customer(s).
• Analyse and understand health and safety related risks for our associates, take action to reduce or eliminate these risks according to a prioritized plan
• Take responsibility for managing and running a safe operation and driving a Safety First Culture with all individuals in the operation by applying and improving the Safety Standards
• Driving continuous improvement quarter-on-quarter based on removing barriers to improved performance for the department where necessary
• Leverage Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) program as a daily way to confirm behaviors and processes

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
• IT Literate with Microsoft Office Packages
• Previous automotive customer experience would be an advantage
• Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
• You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
