As a Senior Business Consultant, you will be responsible for managing business requirement analysis based on business demand, ensuring that the technical specifications align with stakeholder needs.

In addition to requirement analysis, effective stakeholder management and supporting business process improvements are essential responsibilities. You will oversee the translation of business requirements into detailed technical specifications with a strong emphasis on accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.

Following best practices for data integration, logical data modeling, and documentation is crucial to maintain consistency and clarity in project execution. Establishing clear user stories and deliverables and designing intuitive user interfaces using UI/UX principles will be part of your role. Utilizing tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Bruno to manage tasks and test APIs effectively is also expected.

Effective problem-solving skills, the ability to quickly learn new systems, and the development of basic macros to automate tasks are key to driving successful outcomes. By fostering collaboration and maintaining excellent communication with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope.

As a Senior Business Consultant, having excellent analysis is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of SQL will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a Supply Chain aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of warehouse management. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Hi, my name is Chek Lim and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2009, when I took on the role of Senior Service Support Specialist in the GBS&CC CBJ team. My fascination with gaining more hands-on experience and problem-solving expertise led me to move to the SAP FICO team. From there, I quickly advanced through the company and soon became a Team Manager at DHL. In 2014, I was promoted to Department Manager. To broaden my working experience, I accepted a lateral move to a Team Manager role, this time managing the Project Delivery team. Together with the strong support of a multinational and diverse team, we are working towards our common ambition – technology. I look forward to having you onboard!
