Helpdesk Operator - Military veterans preferred

We're now looking for a Helpdesk Operator to play a vital role in using customer forecasts to ensure correct levels of resources are in place to support all customer requirements.

?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Ensure that clients-defined quality and service level targets are met as a minimum and that site and statutory imposed standards are achieved
• Ensure the contract complies with all Health & Safety regulations and company processes.
• Compliance with company and local statutory obligations regarding working time legislation.
• Ensure compliance with Safe Systems of Work ( SSoW's)
• Organise and lead the focus on improved productivity levels by communicating with the customer.
• Ensure maintenance of planning parameters, order pictures and coverage of requirements. Responsible for ensuring the resolution of constraints and release orders to Stores.

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Minimum 12 months of experience from within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Minimum 12 months of experience in a customer-facing role
• IT Literacy - Microsoft Office
