Description

Leidos is hiring for a Key Leadership Engagement Analyst to support the MARCENT KLE Program at MacDill AFB,FL. This role is pivotal in aligning Marine Corps Key Leader Engagements (KLEs) with CENTCOM Commander priorities and themes across the Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain MARCENT KLE web pages, historical files, and documentation.
  • Track and plan HQ Marine Corps KLEs to CENTCOM AOR and National Capitol Region.
  • Prepare Trip Books with talking points, scene setters, bios, and After Action Reports (AARs).
  • Draft thank-you notes and archive completed KLEs.
  • Coordinate quarterly reviews with MARCENT SC Branch to align with strategic communication goals.
  • Update CENTCOM KLE Portal and Calendar with actions and readouts.
  • Attend planning conferences and working groups.
  • Deliver In Progress Reviews (IPRs), assessments, briefs, and naval messages.
  • Support internal MARCENT working groups and manage conferences.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of military experience (additional experience may substitute for degree).
  • Active DoD Secret clearance.
  • Valid U.S. passport and ability to travel internationally.
  • 3+ years of experience at MARFOR or Combatant Command level.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior officers (Colonels, Lieutenant Colonels) and briefing at the executive level (2–3 star).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Retired or reserve USMC Major or Lieutenant Colonel.
  • Prior service on USCENTCOM and MARCENT staff.
  • Previous KLE experience at Combatant Command or MARFOR level.
  • Deep understanding of CENTCOM’s KLE process.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
