The Digital Marketing Intern is an essential member of the Residential Marketing team, supporting a variety of digital marketing initiatives. This part-time, remote position begins in Fall 2025, with the possibility of extension into the Spring 2026 semester or Summer 2026 if business needs and performance allow. You will gain hands-on experience working on impactful projects that help enhance our digital communications and online presence.

Responsibilities
Monthly Email Newsletter Management
Collaborate with various departments to develop engaging content and articles for our monthly newsletter.
Build, route for approval, distribute, and track the newsletter using Pardot.
Analyze newsletter performance and report on content engagement metrics.
Social Media Analytics & Optimization
Implement and optimize a new online social listening tool to monitor brand sentiment and digital trends.
Refine and enhance our social media analytics dashboard, and share key insights with the team.
Trade Portal Management
Audit existing trade portal content, identifying outdated or missing information.
Coordinate updates for the portal by creating project briefs and managing communications with internal teams and/or agency partners.
Digital Expansion & Marketing Support
Assist in launching new social media platforms and expanding our digital footprint.
Support ongoing digital communications efforts across multiple channels.
Provide additional marketing support as needed.
Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Collaborative team player and proactive contributor, eager to implement new ideas.
Exceptional computer and technical skills; familiarity with digital marketing platforms is a plus.
Experience with email marketing software (e.g., Pardot) and social media analytics tools preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work remotely at a computer for extended periods.
Occasional standing, manual dexterity, stooping, and minimal lifting required.
