Description Overview

As an Operations Production Lead Employee will be responsible for Overseeing all Operations activities within the department and adhere to all SOPs, CGMPs, Quality and safety requirements. Employee will be responsible for planning and manufacturing of Bulk Batches deemed necessary against established standards and schedules by Department Heads.

Scope of the Role

This position will oversee employees working in manufacturing and production in a pharmaceutical environment. Operation Lead will assign tasks and adjust workloads to meet production goals; schedule and monitor training and assess progress of the employees, monitor quality, and use leadership skills to solve problems with employees.

  • Support, practice and lead a safe work environment and culture for the team.
  • Report out daily goals and production.
  • Oversee 5s locations in operations ensuring all items are present or replaced.
  • Support operations releasing/re-actavation of prodution lines, manufacturing/suppositories suites, or any other process(es) required by the buisness.
  • Review and reconcile Maufacturing and Packaging batch records.
  • Provide high quality support to their team and across the organization by building strong relationships and knowledge of Perrigo’s policies, procedures, and resources.
  • Coach and develop their team resulting in increased trust, engagement and retention.
  • Will support any administative tasks or initiatives required.

Experience Required

  • Must demonstrated leadership/communication skills and leadership ability.
  • Sound judgment and good decision-making skills.
  • Have the ability to provide work direction across multiple operations areas.?
