This Opportunity:

  • Supports the organization by implementing and administering human resources programs or policies. Serves as a liaison between leaders of a business unit, division, or profit center and the corporate human resources function.
  • Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, which may include administration of compensation programs, training and development, employee relations, and affirmative action/equal employment opportunity compliance.
  • Collects and analyzes internal and external information in order to compare the organization’s HR practices to those prevailing in the market.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable labor laws or regulations.
  • Provides consultative guidance and coaching to leaders on human resources-related matters, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives.
  • Informs and implements organizational development, workforce or succession planning, training, or performance management strategies as developed by the parent organization.
  • Support leaders navigating complex employee relations issues, investigations, and/or performance improvement plans.


Essential Qualifications:

  • High school education or GED
  • Minimum six (6) years of HR experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Six (6) years as a HRBP delivering corporate HR programs such as performance management, workforce planning, succession management, etc. at a mid to large size firm.
  • Previous experience at a mid-size professional services firm.
  • Familiarity with Workday.
  • Proven track record of implementing strategic HR initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise effective discernment in nuanced situations.
  • Extensive experience with coaching senior leaders, with a proven ability to provide strategic guidance, foster leadership development, and drive organizational success through effective talent management and coaching practices.
  • Expert-level knowledge and experience interpreting and applying multi-state labor laws, with a demonstrated ability to comprehend complex legal regulations and translate them into practical workplace guidance.
