Siteimprove is a global leader in digital accessibility, content optimization, and web governance—empowering organizations to deliver inclusive, high-performing digital experiences. We’re seeking a highly strategic and operationally savvy Chief of Staff to partner directly with our Chief Revenue Officer.

This senior-level role is equal parts strategist, operator, and trusted advisor. You’ll be the CRO’s right hand—driving execution on revenue priorities, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and creating the operational rhythm that keeps our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization firing on all cylinders.

At Siteimprove, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we grow—partnering with sales, marketing, customer success, and enablement teams to deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers and our business. This is a highly visible role where you’ll influence strategy, streamline operations, and help the CRO focus on what matters most.

We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply—even if you don’t check every single box. If you’re energized by the idea of combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced SaaS environment, we want to hear from you.

What you will be doing

  • Partner with the CRO to define, refine, and operationalize strategic revenue priorities.
  • Lead and track execution of high-impact projects across the GTM organization.
  • Analyze performance data to uncover insights, guide decision-making, and optimize revenue outcomes.
  • Facilitate alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success—acting as a bridge between the CRO and leadership teams.
  • Manage the cadence of GTM leadership meetings, all-hands sessions, and CRO communications.
  • Drive operational efficiency by streamlining workflows and implementing best practices.
  • Represent the CRO in key meetings, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead or contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and organizational change efforts.
  • Serve as a go-to problem-solver—helping address challenges and keep teams focused on priorities.

What we will require of you

  • Proven experience as a Chief of Staff, senior executive partner, or sales leader in a SaaS or technology organization.
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executive-level polish.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Clari, or similar.

What we will love about you

  • Prior experience in a revenue leadership role with P&L or operational oversight.
  • Knowledge of digital experience, marketing technology, or accessibility solutions.
  • Track record of driving organizational change and operational improvements.
**Additional Compensation: Eligible for annual MBO plan, subject to the terms of the applicable plan.

At Siteimprove, we typically offer salaries that fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range. The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors, including work location, relevant knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
