Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Applies critical thinking skills and experience in support of Fleet SIGINT/IO requirements
Develops, designs, and revises scenarios for Stallion Training Suite and peripheral applications
Develops, designs, and revises scenarios in support of Fleet training exercises
Provides academic training and management support to IWTG/IWTC in support of OFRP, FST, and Basic Phase requirements
Ensures that deploying SSES teams and Navy operators are positioned for success
Provides training and management support to IWTG/IWTC during shipboard cryptologic systems and application training and certification events.
Performing as primary instructor and/or supporting primary instructor for conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, briefings, and seminars. Preparing manuals and procedures. Preparing materials including handouts, certificates, and critique forms.
Performs required analysis, design, development, and evaluation to successfully implement new or redesigned courses for technical training. Assists in the technology-based redesign of courses.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Instructor NEC 805A / 9571, Afloat Training Specialist, Master Training Specialist (MTS).
Six (6+) years of signals analysis experience.
Fleet Cryptology Experience Preferred.
Applicant Must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, with SCI access
Applicant Must have a current Passport and able to travel up to three times per year for a 5-week period.
Outstanding interpersonal skills ensuring positive interactions with the customers and facilitate meetings with high-level executives.
Strong interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette, and professional demeanor.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Effective team player with highly proficient customer service skills.
Flexible and able to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
