Summary:
Reporting to the Recruiting Team Lead, the experienced Senior HR Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts and drive the hiring process for top-tier candidates serving all areas of the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. This position plays a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent and following all company/federal/state guidelines and procedures. Additionally, the Senior HR Recruiter is responsible for the accurate completion of employee onboarding documents, recruitment procedure development, recruitment policy instruction and enforcement, candidate tracking and other assigned recruiting assistant duties.
Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify and attract top talent.
• Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Promote the company’s culture and values through recruitment marketing efforts.
• Ensure all hiring practices adhere to labor laws and company policies.
• Lead salary negotiations and facilitate job offers, ensuring competitive and fair compensation.
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone and teams’ video)
• Advertise job openings on company’s internal careers page, social media, and job boards.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Skills/Abilities:
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software (e.g., Resume Database).
• • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• • Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and best hiring practices.
• Experience with various recruitment methods, including social media (Dice, Clearancejobs, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter), networking, and remote job fairs.
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and optimize strategies.
• Strong verbal/written communication abilities; effective interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong follow up skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent time management skills; Ability to effectively multitask and reprioritize work.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature, flexible.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent work experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR may be considered in place of a degree.
• Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are a plus.
• Experience with sourcing techniques
Physical Requirements:
• Predominantly Sedentary work. Work is performed in an office or home office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. May at times require the ability to walk short distances.
• Exerting up to 15 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
• Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
