Pipenology has immediate 3rd shift opening for a key Manufacturing Foreman in O’Fallon, MO. 3rd shift is Sunday through Friday from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing our manufacturing operation on 3rd shift..  Pipenology offers great benefits, including medical/dental/vision, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and more!   • Perform material handling functions to load/mount production materials
  • Perform various quality monitoring functions
  • Monitor machinery for proper operation and efficiency
  • Ensure the team is aware of day-to-day targets and responsibilities
  • Perform all duties according to established safety and efficiency procedures
  • Perform minor maintenance on machinery as needed
  • Ensure all records are completed appropriately
  • Hold employees accountable for time they are at work and their actions while at work
  • Consistently promote high standards through personal example, ensuring each team member understands the standard and behavior expected of them
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role in a manufacturing operation.  3-5 years preferred
  • Abililty to interpret and support policies, procedures, and standards established by Pipenology and Federal/State/Local agencies
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Ability to communicate with team and supervisors, including discipline and corrective actions
