Responsibilities

This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S.

 

 

We are seeking a qualified Network Relations Consultant who can work remotely from home. In this role, you will review and analyze provider contracts to resolve disputes, verify system logic for compliance with compensation policies, and examine contract performance to support network quality and financial goals. You will manage priority projects involving settlement negotiations, collaborate cross-functionally to address provider and legal issues, and optimize interactions with markets and internal business partners.

•  Reviews and analyzes provider contracts to resolve disputes, ensuring system compliance with compensation policies and procedures.

• Manages priority projects requiring contract analysis, settlement negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve provider and legal issues.

• Examines contract performance metrics to support network quality, availability, and strategic financial goals of Coventry.

• Provides expertise in specialized applications, Excel analysis, and pricing that directly influences business operations and financial outcomes.

• Educates and optimizes interactions with markets, providers, and internal partners to maintain effective relationships and meet provider needs.

• Triages and resolves escalated issues as assigned by leadership, serving as a technical resource for contract interpretation.

• Participates in remote training, utilizing prerecorded materials and a buddy system with senior team members to develop expertise.

 



Qualifications

  • Education: Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
  • Experience: 5+ years Microsoft Excel, contract management and negotiations
  • Skills: Ability to advocate recommendations effectively with providers, employers, and customers. Ability to work iKnowledge of basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook Email. Proficient grammar, sentence structure, and written communication skills.
