Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical FP&A Manager to support strategic financial initiatives and deliver high-impact business insights. This role will play a key part in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance tracking across the organization. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a strong foundation in financial reporting, manufacturing, and operational analysis. Strong executive presence is essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities
• Lead the tracking and reporting of strategic initiatives (North American Playbook), including the development of KPIs, monitoring of actual costs and benefits, and creation of both short- and long-term forecasts.
• Prepare and distribute financial planning reports such as budget vs. actual variance analysis, segment reporting, and executive dashboards.
• Develop tools, models, and data visualizations to provide business intelligence on revenue trends, gross margin, and product/customer-level profitability.
• Consolidate divisional revenue budgets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness; support the development of the annual operating plan.
• Assist in preparing and consolidating rolling forecasts with a continuous improvement mindset toward process automation and standardization.
• Prepare selected monthly journal entries and variance explanations; review account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide proactive tactical and strategic decision support to business leaders through ad hoc financial and scenario analysis.
• Partner with Product Management and R&D to evaluate new product development projects, monitor status, and support capital/spending request submissions.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or CPA designation preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in a corporate, manufacturing, or multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and multi-currency analysis.
• Experience working with ERP and financial systems; familiarity with BI tools such as Hyperion, Cognos, JDE, Power BI or similar platforms is a plus.
• Proven experience preparing and presenting financial results and business insights to executive leadership and/or private equity partners.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Self-starter with a customer-focused mindset, able to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a dynamic environment.
