Job Description :
  • Main aim is to provide “Total Service” to our value customers.
  • To plan, organize, manage and control resources and activities in the department.
  • To ensure subordinates attain the desired level of job knowledge, and are provided with appropriate training/tools to meet the objectives set forth by customer service department.
  • Support & coordinate with M&S & OPS
  • Delegate duties to corresponding subordinates.
  • Supervise subordinates & provide necessary training.
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
  • Process shipment as per respective SOP.
  • Handle & follow up Import/Export shipment for special customers.
  • To manage on time performance and the whole supply chain for all customers.
  • To be responsible for subordinates to prepare and submit, daily weekly and monthly reports to customers in a timely manner.
  • Supervise the team operations; arrange staff to work overtime in order to replace sick staff or additional workload as and when necessary.
  • Constantly identify, suggest and agree to improvement measures for the team.
  • Ensuring highest degree of good service given to customers.
  • Assist Senior Manager in meeting department targets.
  • Uphold a good team spirit; provide opportunities and development for team members.
