Asst Manager Reporting to :- XD Manager Job Scope :- To manage operations at a XD location ,comprising of planning and executing transactions. This involves vendor development, vendor management, PTL pickup, Local delivery, KPI Monitoring and Line haul Operations etc. Key Responsibilities :- • Maintain strong and effective relationships with internal Customers. • Manage the operations at all sites through site managers / teams. • To review performance and cost from time to time. • Ensure operating teams meet our contractual commitments for service, cost and reporting. • KPI reporting with in the location • Adherence on the define process. • Focus on key operation activities ( Vehicle planning / On Time Placement / On Time Departure and Delivery Execution) • Deps Control • Focus on System Driven Process. • Manage GPS vendor, logins, report development, and customization • Effective and On time communication with internal stake holders for day to day queries • Physical Stock taking and system Reconciliation • Focus on Line vehicle Departure and monitoring for all Shift operations • Experience: 3 to 6 Years • Qualification: Commerce Graduate/Post Graduate
