Overview

Sev1Tech is seeking an experienced Secuirty Specialist. The selected candidate serves as a technical expert in security responsible for the planning, formulation and development of security programs relative to physical security/force protection, personnel security, law enforcement, and security education and training. Reviews and responds to inspection reports. Develops and presents security briefings or training. Must possess Active TS/SCI security clearance.



Responsibilities

  • Must be a US Citizen and possess an Active TS/SCI level clearance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business (8 years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education).
  • Must have 5 years of relevant experience and understanding in the field of security. (13 total years without a degree).
  • Must be capable of demonstrating experience in the planning, formulation and development of security programs relative to physical security/force protection, personnel security, law enforcement, and security education and training.
  • Reviews and responds to inspection reports.
  • Develops and presents security briefings or training.
  • Must possess necessary security clearance.
  • Knowledge of Army Security management policies and procedures is required, particularly knowledge of Army Regulation 380-5.
  • Knowledge of the Field Office Fort Hood Security Standard Operating Procedures is a plus.
  • Must be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


Qualifications



  • Detailed knowledge of program fielding, installation, operation, training and direct support to customers in diverse environments is also plus.
  • Military experience a plus
