CRM Administrator
ASC Engineered Solutions is looking for a CRM Administrator who is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. This role ensures data integrity, user support, and system performance while also helping to implement improvements that drive user adoption and operational efficiency.
How You Will Help
Manage CRM user accounts, roles, and security permissions
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
Execute routine system updates, customizations, and configuration changes
Provide frontline user support and training on CRM best practices
Work closely with the CRM Manager and Analyst to support sales reporting and pipeline accuracy
Document changes and maintain system records per governance standards
Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors on integrations and upgrades
What You Will Bring
3+ years of experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and workflow automation skills
Understanding of sales processes and opportunity management
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Preferred Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) – MB-910
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate – PL-200
Experience with Power Automate and Dynamics 365 customizations
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 USD annually*.
