Job Overview
The Software Engineer position will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and support of information systems. This role's primary focus will be working with the “Connect” software system. This system is a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform for exchanging, evaluating, and monitoring medical data in real time. It allows physicians, specialists, and administrators to access and process information as part of a larger managed care system. The software engineer will be responsible for developing secure and high-performing solutions for our participating clinics and their providers. This role must be detail-oriented and able to communicate effectively across multiple departments. Must be comfortable gathering requirements, providing technical support, documenting architectural design, and creating reports for the executive team.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or technical discipline required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with type-safe programming languages such as C#, Java, and Golang required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, MySQL required.
Strong knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns.
Experience building single-page applications using web technologies such as Angular, React, Vue, or HTML Web Components.
Experience building HTTP APIs using REST, GraphQL, or other messaging methodologies.
Preferred experience with TypeScript.
Understanding of the Scrum process and Agile approach to development.
Ability to determine whether a problem is caused by hardware, software, operating systems, or network failures.
Experience resolving production and infrastructure issues.
Experience researching and presenting technologies and solutions.
Compensation
$93,368.71 - $116,710.89 annuallyCompensation Disclaimer
Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change.
