The Radiologic Technologist performs ionizing radiographic and fluoroscopic exams in a variety of environments, according to physician's orders, utilizing knowledge and judgment in regard to exposure factors, imaging technique and patient care. Central to the success of this role is the ability to handle stressful situations in ways that promote positive outcomes.

Applicants who are dual certified and licensed as CT Technologists are preferred and encouraged to apply. If a candidate is selected who is qualified to perform the job duties of a CT Technologist, this person will be assigned a secondary job as a CT Technologist and compensated separately for work performed in that position (salary scale: $43.30 - $61.92 /hour).

IMAGING: Provides quality images with accuracy and efficiency, using optimal skills and knowledge of all equipment.
DOCUMENTATION: Gathers complete documentation of all pertinent information to provide accurate and timely service to customers.
PERSONAL & PATIENT CARE AND SAFETY: Provides for personal and patient care and safety using professional judgment in accordance with written standards so there is no injury to self or others.
PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR: Practices professional communications, appearance, conduct, punctuality, attendance and attitude that lead to physician, patient and co-worker respect and confidence.
Education:
Graduate of certified Radiologic Technology school or program.
Skills/Knowledge:
Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions.
