Randall Children’s Hospital (RCH) is currently seeking a flex 0.9 FTE BC/BE Pediatrician to join our dynamic and well-established Pediatric Hospitalist Program in Portland, Oregon. This position is paid at 0.9 FTE year-round but seasonally flexes from 0.8 to 1.0 FTE. Someone interested in nocturnal medicine is preferred.

 

RCH is a comprehensive 165-bed children’s hospital in Portland, Oregon serving for decades as a regional leader in care to infants, children, and teens in the Pacific Northwest. RCH is one of Oregon’s largest pediatric providers with nearly 100,000 patient visits per year, a 24/7 in-house Pediatric Intensivist, Pediatric Emergency Medicine trained EM providers, robust subspecialist services, and Level One pediatric trauma and surgical services. Our Pediatric Hospitalist Program works closely and collaboratively as both a primary and as a consulting service with the other provider groups. RCH trains medical students, pediatric residents, and family medicine residents from multiple local programs. RCH providers are committed to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care while continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement. RCH has been ranked top 5% of all of Press Ganey patient satisfaction for 2018, and top 5% for the past three years running. RCH is located in central Portland, a dynamic city consistently ranked in the top 5 for livability and offering a wide range of cultural, outdoor and professional opportunities.
