Responsibility:
? Be responsible for co-ordinating logistics arrangements to deliver all customer orders from the point of collection to delivery on the assigned trade route.
? Be required to communicate constantly with customers, shipping/ air freight, and other JF Hillebrand Offices in order to manage the transport and documentation for the order.
? Be ensure commercial viability on all orders by continuously monitoring and managing costs, timelines and service quality.
? Be ensure customer requirements are met, customers are up-to-date on their orders and documentation is accurate and precise.
Requirement:
? More than 2 year Customer Service/logistics experience
? College degree
? Good command of English and PC skill
? Be good at managing multiple tasks and time
? Willing to take challenging work and face customer
? Team-working, conscientious, approachable, strong ability to handle and resolve problems
