CALIBRE is an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company. We are looking for a Program Support/Administrative Analyst to support our client in the California / Nevada region of the United States.

The budgeted pay rate for this position will be between $23.49-$29.23 an hour as determined by the VA.

Support the monitoring, integration and validation of staffing, event management and logistics activities within the region; ensures integrated and proactive communications, quality management and risk management practices. Responsibilities may include:

  • Support operational deployment activities for staff in assigned region;
  • Support the integration and monitoring of non-event Activities for staff in assigned region
  • Monitor regional travel management activities
  • Support the development and maintenance of regional coverage model
  • Support the synchronization of field staff training
  • Support the validation and monitoring of regional Participant Guide (PG), Instructor Guide (IG), Data Collection Tool (DCT) order review and inventory management activities
  • Support the ODC request process for assigned region
  • Participate in the Region Lead Weekly Teleconference/Virtual meeting
  • Inform subordinate staff about new policies, procedures and operational guidance
  • Support quality management activities at the region level
  • Support risk and issue management activities at the region level
  • Support post-event data collection activities
  • Other duties as assigned by Region Lead


  • Understanding of transitioning Service member populations
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite of tools
  • Strong customer management and support skills
  • Strong organizational and communications skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of VA benefits programs
  • Knowledge of the military and experience working with military clients
  • Understanding of current veteran issues and challenges pre- and post- transitions

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years’ equivalent work/military experience
  • Preferred emphasis in management and administrative control
  • Appropriate certifications
