Position Summary:
 
HunaTek is seeking an Alternate Contract Manager to provide full leadership coverage in the absence of the Contract Manager for the DHA DDSB IT Operations & Sustainment contract. This role is critical to ensuring uninterrupted contract performance, mission continuity, and compliance.
 
Essential Job Functions:
 
  • Act with full delegated authority when the Contract Manager is unavailable.
  • Maintain continuous awareness of operational status, staffing, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with Government stakeholders, technical teams, and subcontractors to maintain performance standards.
  • Assist with quality assurance, performance monitoring, and reporting.
  • Support onboarding and training for new staff members.
 
Skills and Qualification Required:
  •  Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Program Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years’ experience supporting or managing large-scale DoD or Federal IT programs.
  • Experience with Zero Trust, ICAM, Microsoft 365 IL5, and ITIL4 processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Active Secret clearance: Top Secret preferred.
