The Director of Data & AI Demand Strategy Role

As B2B organizations move into an era defined by intelligent signal responsiveness and agent-driven workflows, we are seeking a forward-lookingDirector of Data & AI Demand Strategyto architect, deploy, and scale the use of AI agents across our Demand Center.

This role will be at the forefront of our transformationleveraging multiagent systems to capture, synthesize, and act on signals across the customer lifecycle. This leader will build the strategic foundation to support growth through smarter engagement, deeper insights, and enhanced productivity while upskilling our business development teams to effectively collaborate with AI agents as teammates.

Agentic Workflows & Signal Intelligence

  • Develop and operationalize a strategy to deploy AI agents capable of anticipating, detecting, and responding to real-time buyer, customer, and market signals.
  • Implement systems that allow agents to mine vast volumes of structured and unstructured data (e.g., CRM, digital engagement, email, web behavior) to deliver timely and personalized actions within the Demand Center.
  • Build agent pods and multiagent workflows designed to streamline complex revenue processes, support buying group enablement, and improve the self-service buyer experience.

Data Strategy & AI Infrastructure

  • Lead marketing data strategy to ensure agents are equipped with access to clean, connected, and context-rich data.
  • Design data environments where agents can leverage historical, behavioral, and intent signals to predict and influence buyer behavior.
  • Align with data governance, signal taxonomy, and data interoperability to ensure agents operate with accuracy, compliance, and transparency.

Go-to-Market Team Enablement

  • Upskill human teamsespecially Business Developmentto effectively build, customize, and collaborate with AI agents.
  • Develop training frameworks that shift team thinking from task-based prompting to SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goal articulation for agent interactions.
  • Drive adoption of agent-powered toolsets that increase outreach precision, buyer alignment, and time-to-value for sellers.

Here's how you'll be making an impact:

Strategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, RevOps, and IT to embed AI agents across the full buyer and customer journeyfrom acquisition to expansion.
  • Balance agent autonomy with the appropriate level of human oversight, creating feedback loops that improve decision-making and minimize risk.
  • Stay ahead of trends in AI orchestration, signal optimization, and revenue intelligence to continuously evolve our competitive edge.
  • Drive growth and productivity improvements of the BDR team, with success measured by pipeline generation and deployment support, while maintaining a strong level of influence across key stakeholders.

We're looking for a teammate with:

  • 10+ years in data strategy, marketing technology, revenue operations, or AI enablement roles.
  • Deep understanding of B2B buying dynamics and the emerging role of AI agents in signal sensing, prospect engagement, and sales productivity.
  • Proven experience implementing AI systems within demand generation, ABM, or sales enablement ecosystems.
  • Experience designing agent-to-agent workflows and orchestrating multiagent environments for autonomous but coordinated execution.
  • Knowledge of modern AI platforms, signal aggregation tools, and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Strong change management, training, and leadership skillsparticularly in digital transformation or AI adoption contexts.
  • Experience with agentic automation and orchestration platforms such as Crew AI, LangChain, Autogen, N8N, and Zapier
  • Proficient in leveraging generative AI and LLM platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Anthropic API, Mistral, and Google Gemini
  • Skilled in analytics and business intelligence tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, and Power BI

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $144,580.00USD MIN – $200,000.00 MAX per year. This position is eligible for a bonus of 20% under the Company's corporate bonus plan. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate's location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
