Position Summary:
 
HunaTek is seeking a highly experienced Contract Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a large-scale Department of Defense (DoD) enterprise IT contract supporting the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) Directory Services Branch (DDSB). This position serves as the primary liaison between our team and the Government, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational readiness, and compliance with all contract requirements.
 
Essential Job Functions:
 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with Government leadership for all contract matters.
  • Lead contract execution, performance monitoring, and quality assurance.
  • Manage technical teams, task leads, and subcontractors to meet all service-level agreements.
  • Oversee staffing, onboarding, and retention for a 24x7x365 IT operations workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with DHA, DoD, and industry security standards, including RMF, IL5 cloud, Zero Trust, and ICAM requirements.
  • Provide regular status updates, reports, and performance metrics to the Government.
 
Skills and Qualification Required:
  •  Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Program Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience managing large-scale DoD or Federal IT programs.
  • Proven leadership in enterprise IT operations and modernization.
  • Familiarity with ITIL4 frameworks and DHA enterprise environments.
  • Active Secret clearance: Top Secret preferred.
