Siteimprove is a global leader in digital accessibility, content optimization, and web governance—empowering organizations to deliver inclusive, high-performing digital experiences. With the launch of Siteimprove.ai—the only enterprise platform that unifies content compliance and content performance—we’re leading the way in the AI era, where content must perform for both humans and AI. From accessibility to SEO/AIO, analytics, and content strategy, our Agentic Content Intelligence Platform empowers organizations to optimize high-performing, compliant content that’s discoverable by all.

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically savvy Marketing Operations Analyst, based in our London or Minneapolis office, to support our marketing engine with data-driven decision-making and system excellence. This role is critical to building a reliable, scalable foundation for marketing performance measurement and database quality—helping ensure our go-to-market teams are operating at peak efficiency in alignment with our bold product vision.

The successful candidate will thrive on turning data into insights, improving data processes, and collaborating across marketing and RevOps with a shared goal of driving growth. You’ll play a key role in enabling our marketing organization to measure, optimize, and execute programs that reflect our leadership in shaping the future of digital content.

We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply—even if you don’t check every single box. If you’re energized by the idea of combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced SaaS environment, we want to hear from you.

What you will be doing

  • Analytics & Reporting Ownership
  • Build and manage marketing dashboards across Salesforce, Pardot, Dreamdata, and 6sense.
  • Provide deep-dive analysis into marketing performance (channel attribution, funnel metrics, campaign ROI).
  • Support campaign planning with data-driven insights and forecasting models.
  • Ensure consistent KPI tracking and alignment with Marketing, Sales and RevOps.
  • Champion data storytelling to influence marketing strategy and business decisions.
  • Data Quality & Database Health
  • Own regular data audits, enrichment, segmentation, and deduplication efforts.
  • Ensure the integrity of lead, contact, account, and campaign data across systems.
  • Define and enforce data governance standards and hygiene best practices.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify gaps in data quality and propose scalable solutions.
  • Marketing Operations Execution
  • Support the building, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns and nurture flows across the marketing automation platform and related platforms.
  • Partner with marketing teams to ensure campaign operations are scalable and measurable.
  • Optimize lead scoring models and engagement activity tracking to improve lead handoff quality and sales alignment.
  • Ensure that campaign and engagement data are tracked accurately for reporting and optimization purposes.

What we will require of you

  • 5 years’ experience in marketing operations or marketing analytics.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot / HubSpot
  • Strong working knowledge of attribution model platforms such as Dreamdata, CaliberMind, Demandbase One or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with SQL, BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • High technical fluency — able to identify marketing system issues, work with data schemas, and understand the basics of systems integrations.
  • Demonstrated experience with data analysis, dashboarding, and reporting in a marketing context.
  • Understanding of modern B2B SaaS funnels and PLG/SAL models.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and segmentation logic.
  • Experience in a high-growth environment supporting Enterprise or multi-segment marketing teams.
  • Working knowledge of AI-driven tools and automation techniques used in marketing operations.

What we will love about you

  • A strong communicator who can translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Passionate about data integrity and operational excellence.
  • Collaborative and self-directed, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Curious, adaptable, and excited to leverage new technologies — especially AI — to improve outcomes.
At Siteimprove, we typically offer salaries that fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range. The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors, including work location, relevant knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
