About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Campaign Specialist to join our Global Integrated Marketing team and support the planning, execution, and management of high-impact campaign launches. This role is critical in ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on plan, and with precision. The ideal candidate will have a knack for organization, a passion for teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining a strategic focus.
What You'll Do:

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans with clear timelines, milestones, deliverables, and owners across functions.

  • Drive end-to-end execution in collaboration with campaign managers, creative, digital, field, web, and regional teams.

  • Ensure campaign readiness by aligning assets, workflows, and tracking across all stakeholders (e.g., emails, landing pages, enablement).
Manage Tier 2 and analyst report (AR) launches, owning timelines, coordination, and program-level execution.

  • Own campaign activations across workflows—from intake to approvals.

  • Maintain and update shared tools and documents, including the digital marketing tracker, internal SharePoint, and the partner marketing portal.

  • Update and keep timelines, calendars, and status trackers current across global programs, campaigns, and web

  • Coordinate development of messaging frameworks, content, creative assets, enablement, and distribution plans.

  • Drive asset completion, QA, and approvals to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment before launch

  • Serve as the central point of contact across campaign, creative, web, and regional teams.

  • Deliver clear, concise status updates and documentation to stakeholders.

  • Anticipate risks or roadblocks and drive timely resolution to keep launch plans on track

  • Identify and implement improvements to workflows, documentation, tools, and collaboration frameworks.

  • Document scalable processes, SOPs, and best practices to enable repeatable, high-quality execution.

  • Bring a strong understanding of marketing disciplines—including field, digital, and industry events—to inform planning and delivery.

  • What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 4-6 years of experience in project management or program coordination, preferably within a marketing environment.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a B2B environment.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Adobe Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.

  • Understanding of how program workstreams intersect and create dependencies in an integrated program.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interface with and influence teams and stakeholders.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing processes, tools, and metrics.

  • Experience in B2B technology or cybersecurity industries.

  • Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus.
