Summary


We are hiring a Quality Supervisor to join our team! This position is responsible for maintaining quality standards and supporting the Company's Quality objectives.



Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Facilitates Corrective Action Process
  • Supervisor Quality Techs and CMM Operator across all shifts
  • Responsible for Internal Quality Goals
  • Support internal and third-party Quality Audits to maintain consistent compliance with IATF 16949
  • Perform Layered Process Audits
  • Manage MRB area, containment and sorting activities as needed
  • Assists in the development of new and existing programs through the use of APQP
  • Assists the Quality Manager in day-to-day managerial duties
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Background in Automotive Casting, Machining or Assembly Field
  • Previous Quality Experience is Required
  • Knowledge of Geometric Dimension and Tolerance
  • Blueprint Reading
  • Must have working knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality assurance techniques
  • SPC and APQP as it pertains to Automotive Quality Requirements
  • CMM operation and programming experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Employees are expected to work onsite to attend in person meetings and collaborate as necessary
