Summary:
The Team Lead, Doc Mgmt assist Document (Doc) Management (Mgmt) Supervisor in all aspects of the department to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity. Functions include reporting, special projects, training, trouble shooting, daily processing and any other functions management deems appropriate. This position will not include disciplinary responsibility or other personnel issues regarding the staff.
Essential Job Functions:
Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting of department volumes, production levels, quality, and efficiency.
Suggest to the management team improvements in quality, automation, cost and efficiency.
Provide quality and timely service to all internal branch and home office departments relating to Doc Management and file requests.
Initiate, perform, and/or oversee regular maintenance to department scanning equipment and hardware.
Maintain awareness of training needs.
Participate in special projects aimed at introducing new policies and procedures, as well as projects initiated to clean up employee and system errors.
Have a thorough understanding of all department functions and be able to fill a normal production role due to high volume or staff shortage.
Act as the department contact in the absence of a supervisor; not to include resolution of personnel related issues.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
Two (2) + years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
