We are currently seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering insightful analysis, comprehensive reporting, and valuable insights to management, thereby driving our company's sales and profit growth. This role involves the creation of budgets and forecasts, frequent cross-departmental collaboration, and interaction with management teams. Additionally, the Financial Analyst will focus on process improvement and proactive issue resolution in collaboration with co-workers.

What you will do:

• Develop and improve current reporting companywide to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Work with data team to incorporate new reporting metrics to help strategic decision-making
• Create Power BI reporting to deliver insights to end users and financial models to support business decision-making
• Complete necessary reporting to parent company
• Develop meaningful financial analysis and insight to improve financial performance
• Improve processes and identify trends in data indicating value creation or opportunities to improve
• Work across departments to enhance performance, understanding, and create actions for improvement
• Help with creation of monthly financial forecast and annual budget
• Develop cash and capex forecasts
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast and monitor financial performance

What we need:

• 3+ years of relevant business experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
• Experience querying databases for reporting and analysis purposes
• Experience developing reporting that delivers actionable information to end users
• Experience building financial models for analysis of business opportunities
• Microsoft Power BI and SQL experience preferred
• Proficient with MS Office; advanced excel skills

Compensation: Starting at $70,000
