What Youll Do

• Set the Vision Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with our business goals and position Merchants Fleet as an industry leader.
• Own the Digital Space Oversee SEO/SEM, email, paid media, and web optimization. Manage automation platforms and CRM to maximize lead generation and conversion.
• Be the Voice Lead internal and external communications, PR efforts, executive messaging, and thought leadership.
• Engage on Social Build brand awareness and industry influence with targeted, high-impact social media strategies.
• Create Memorable Moments Plan and deliver trade shows, corporate events, webinars, and sponsorships that drive connections and results.
• Champion the People Brand Partner with HR to tell authentic employee stories, elevate our employer value proposition, and showcase our culture across channels.
• Lead & Inspire Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.

What You Bring

• Proven Leadership 7+ years in marketing leadership, with expertise across digital, brand strategy, and PR.
• Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven Proficient in HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, and analytics tools, with a passion for optimizing ROI.
• Storytelling Skills Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives for multiple audiences.
• Event & Campaign Expertise Track record of creating high-impact marketing campaigns and industry-leading events.
• Collaborative Spirit Strong cross-functional skills, especially with sales teams and executive leadership.
