Business Development Associate
Field-Based Medical Device Sales

Who You Are:
- A sharp, self-directed sales professional with 2–5 years of B2B or medical device sales experience
- Driven by relationships, strategy, and results—not just activity
- Fearless in the field, whether you're knocking on ASC doors or navigating hospital hierarchies
- Someone who can earn trust with physicians while mapping decision-making dynamics on the fly
- Motivated by autonomy, impact, and a compensation plan that rewards hustle
What You’ll Do:- Own your territory. Scout new physician groups, ASCs, and hospitals in need of urology solutions
- Build relationships from scratch, starting with cold calls and strategic drop-ins
- Lead discovery conversations and intro meetings to position HealthTronics’ advanced solutions, including MRI Fusion and URSolutions
- Qualify leads and transition viable prospects to our Business Development Directors
- Represent the HealthTronics brand at industry events, conferences, and clinical settings
- Feed leadership market intel and competitive trends that sharpen our growth strategy

What You Bring:- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in medical/clinical sales
- A minimum of 2 years experience generating leads and owning outbound sales processes
- High energy, high integrity, and a deep respect for the clinical environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50% in a multi-state region
- CRM fluency (Acuity MD is a plus)
