Pay Rate: £31,811.55 plus 10% shift premium

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday 3pm until 11pm
Location: DHL, MK:DC, Snelshall East, 2 Pendeen Crescent, Tattenhoe, Milton Keynes MK4 3FU

We're now looking for a Technical First Line Manager to lead our operations and drive success.

?WHAT YOU'LL DO?

• Lead the Team: Supervise daily workshop operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Streamline Processes: Implement innovative strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency in our workshop
• Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
• Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Experience with IT and Technology would be ideal
• Managing a small team of technicians would be ideal
• Previously working within a Production Site would be ideal
• Previous FLM/Supervisor/Team Leader Experience
• Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
